Waited for a long time for two orders of bread sticks and I watched as they packed up the hot fresh bread sticks and then called my name and then switched the two hot fresh orders of bread sticks for two old cold bread sticks! Very rude and disappointed! Why did they make me wait if they were just going to give me the old cold ones? Very disappointed!

This place is a joke. Orders take hours longer than they promised. They cancel orders without even telling you. They never answer the phone. I don’t even bother eating here anymore. The only times I ever get Little Caesars is when I go out of town.

We just can’t have a good Little Caesars anywhere in SE Wisconsin anymore! Cheese was all burned on a regular pepperoni pizza. Employees don’t care about giving the customers GOOD food.

Staff is rude and just complain how short staffed they are. You can't get anyone on the phone there. When you go in it's always a 3-4hr wait for a pizza. This place has been getting worse and should just be closed down

This place is a joke. Always take hrs for a $6 so called hot and ready that's never ready,barely hot. Couldn't believe when I picked up my online order they told me they weren't taking any more orders and it was 8 p.m. and they close at 10 p.m. good thing I already ordered.

I've ordered online two different times and went in store to find out that my order was cancelled. No call to say anything. I've also waited ten minutes to be told they can not take any orders for they are backed up in orders. It only happens when one worker is on duty otherwise it's not a bad place. Order can be ready within minutes at lunch time. After 5 pm not even worth to go

This place is an absolute joke. Over an hour and a half wait and three different Uber drivers had attempted to pick up, costing them other deliveries and tips. One driver was told it was in the oven…for 45 minutes? This location needs an overhaul of management and staff.

Trying to place an order online, it gives an error and the order never goes through. Tried calling and NO ONE answers the phone!My sister in law had a situation where she went into the store, placed an order for ONE pizza and ONE bag of breadsticks, they told her to come back in 30 mins, 45mins later they told her that she never placed an order and gave her whatever pizza that they had on hand.Overall, this little Caesars has gotten worse since before the pandemic and its sad as it's been there for years. If you're wondering why they're losing business it's because of that bad service and people would rather pay over priced pizza else where they having to go through this hassle!

Needs new management or needs to be shut down. I wouldn't want to see anyone lose their job, but something has to change. They can start by fixing the phone that has been broken for months.

Today was the last time I order a pizza from this location, I order my pizza for 5:15 pm pick up, I received my pin # and when I went in to retrieve my pizza i was told "it's going to be 25 minutes for my pizza to be done, I don't understand why they have the order ahead if they're Not going to honor it.

Even though the Google reviews for this location are abysmal, I was in the area from out of town and decided anyway to order a Detroit Style pizza and a drink on the app. Now I know why the reviews are so bad. I arrived early at the restaurant and checked my email in the car and saw the order was cancelled for some unexplained reason. Thinking maybe there was an issue with their credit card payments, I re-ordered and payed with Apple Pay. Order went thru and I followed the pizza making progress on the app as I sat in my car in front of the store with a clear view into the store. It didn’t take long for the reviews of unprofessionalism to be proven true. I watched as the one male employee came up from behind the female employee that was making a pizza and slap her on her butt. Then, when the pizza was done I got the notification that the pizza was ready but couldn’t be put into the Pizza Portal and to go to the counter to pick it up. Apparently the Portal wasn’t working as there were no pizzas in them. I went in, stood at the counter on the far left side, closest to the side where 2 female employees were standing at a counter across the way where the pizzas are made, no more than 5-10 feet away, clearly seeing me standing there. They choose to ignore me and chit chat while making pizzas. Another customer came in and stood at the counter, completely ignored also. He had to get the attention of the butt slapping employee that was in the back and then finally one of the female employees dragged herself away from making a pizza to come to the counter. I gave her my name and she said my order was cancelled since they don’t have any deep dish pizzas. A lie since they clearly do have them as they made one for me. I showed her the app that showed my re-order went thru and was ready for pickup. She looked off to the side on a shelf that had a bunch of pizzas stacked on it (why not in the portal or somewhere else to keep them warm?), saw my pizza, grabbed it and instead of handing it to me with a simple “Here you go, have a nice night”, she just dropped it on the counter in front of me and that was it. Not a word. She was done with me. Poor attitude to go along with her poor customer service. Really pathetic. When I got to the car and opened the box, it was really no surprise that the pizza was made incorrectly. I ordered one side with pepperoni and one side with jalapeños. Of course there was pepperoni and jalapeños on both sides of the pizza and not split up like I ordered. I also ordered it with extra sauce which apparently to whoever made it means I wanted a tomato soup pizza. There was so much sauce it was an inedible mushy mess. I didn’t even bother going back in to return it since I knew it would just frustrate me even more to deal with those people. I should have believed all the bad reviews and went somewhere else. This location needs to hire all new employees who actually care about their job and have an ounce of customer service skills. Avoid this location like the plague that it is.
