“Got two cones via the drive through yesterday and everyone I interacted with was so friendly and kind. Even a guy leaving his shift, walking to his car, greeted us kindly while we were sitting outside eating. Cones were also extra delicious.“
“This McDonald’s is simply the best. I use mobile ordering mainly, and my food always has changes or substitutions. They get it right every time and I swear the quality taste different from other Mcds (if you know you know) I love the staff as well, they greet me by name from the mobile order and are friendly. “Uhhh not sure what the low reviews are even talking about. The service I received was fast, well communicated, friendly, and fresh hot food. If you trust in reviews I wouldn’t trust the negative ones. Probably Karen’s who never worked in fast food and threw a hissy for not getting a free French fry 🤣“
“Fast service, hot food and the fries were great. They bring the food to your table. There's actually two dining rooms - one by the counter and another, larger one, around the corner.
Why four stars? They have everything behind the counter and the drink station is shut down, so no refills. If you need more napkins, etc. you have to ask for them.“
“I visit this McDonald’s multiple times a week. When David is on duty it has always been the best visit. I am referring to this visit and the hundreds I have had before. Yes the food is great but with David on staff the customer service experience is guaranteed to set the bar for all his staff and other McDonald’s to follow. It is obvious he uplifts everyone around him(staff and customers) with the perfect attitude with an unparalleled work ethic to match. I guess you could say David is the core reason why my family frequents this particular McDonald’s. When we hear his voice over the drive thru speaker we know that we are guaranteed a 100% positive customer experience. And even when it’s busy other is obviously new staff in training that can impact customer service…I guarantee you David never breaks his stride. In summary, McDonald’s could make a movie/documentary/commercial…and all you would have to do is follow David around to show everyone how the perfect customer experience at McDonald’s is done. Because, not only does he communicate eloquently…but his deeds in action speak much louder than words. Thank you David, for the last 3 years since we moved to the area and started visiting this McDonald’s, for setting the example for others to follow and for always making everyone’s day better.“
“Usually this McDonald's gets the order right every time. But today (July 22, 2025) I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese, without onion, extra pickle...But it came without cheese and with onion. I thought it was strange they didn't put cheese on it, lol.“
