Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to by far. They will make you wait for over 45 minutes in the drive thru after you’ve already paid for your order. The manager is not helpful at all either and very rude. Honestly the manager needs to be fired and replaced with someone more competent and friendly. That might make this location better service wise.

The man in the drivethru was mad at the world and slamming the window like it was his customers faces. The manager said so sorry but not sorry and no one had name tags. I asked for a refund and he laughed and just gave it to me not fixing the situation. Refused to give the customer service number or store managers name even just threw a cup on the counter and said the numbers on here.

This is the worst fast food place I've ever been to. We went last week and I think it was our 2nd time here. We ordered food for 2 and paid on the mobile app and chose to pick up at the counter as the first time we came here it was the wrong order and couldn't get anyone to help us inside. The food took 30 minutes and then it was wrong, and we were in a hurry so couldn't wait for someone to help us. The whole time there was an employee talking to her friend at the counter about how she put her two weeks in and she wasn't going to do anything and the customers were all complaining too much. I definitely won't ever come back here.

I don't know what kind of people they hire in this world-renowned chain. I'm Colombian and today I just experienced the worst humiliation thanks to a stupid racist that they have as an administrator at one of their points. I entered the establishment because one of the employees told me. opened but when I asked if it was open or closed the man could tell him that way, because the truth is not even that, he answered me super rude just for the fact that I don't speak English well, I tried to communicate with him indifferently and for means of translator but He didn't even pay attention to that, he simply ignored me, he reluctantly sent someone to attend to me, to which I got angry and preferred to leave.
