Great restaurant, great BBQ and even better staff. First time trying Mission BBQ and it was fantastic. Been looking for great BBQ and found it. Had Brisket and Pulled chicken. Both had awesome flavor and were moist.
This is good, quality barbecue, much better than I expected from a chain restaurant. But it gets a 4 instead of a 5 for the vibe. I was bombarded from every direction with military imagery. There was a quote from George W. Bush on my cup. And--I swear I am not making this up--in the middle of lunch time everyone stopped and saluted the flag while they played the national anthem.
