It never fails, every time I use the drive-thru something from my order is forgotten. It's tough to go through the bags to make sure everything is there - I also feel this should be checked off by the person who is putting my order together. Also - the prices are getting out of control. How is it that I am paying more for a drive-thru order than if I actually went to a sit-down restaurant ? Another thing to mention - the frozen strawberry lemonade was not mixed at all - it was just a squirt of strawberry syrup in the bottom then the rest of the cup filled with the frozen lemonade. Not worth $3.95. Please, Please pay better attention. It's not often I use the drive-thru, maybe once every few months, when we've had a long day of family activities and there's no time to cook dinner. But this expensive order was such a letdown.

Even though they were super busy and short staffed, the two ladies that helped me and my friends were beyond professional. Great customer service, hot food, and tried there absolute best to help us as quickly as possible!

It's good because it's Popeyes but the service here sucks. They're always forgetting something. I just placed an order that was promoted online that if I spend more than $10, I would get a free box of six wings with some sauces and I think a side and that did not come with my stuff..

We were served cold fries, I took them back and they brought fresh ones just as we were finishing our not very hot sandwiches. I haven't been to Popeyes in quite a while, probably won't go back.

Omg I ordered Uber eats and the driver picked my food up and never brought it to me ! So I placed another order and call to make sure it went through. I called and spoke to Jennifer and not only did she make sure my order was perfect she added some extra things, made sure my Uber driver got my food and told me over the phone that he was on his way ! She exceeded my expectations. Even though the situation started off bad, it ended perfectly , I’m so grateful for Jennifer and everyone working that night (2/8/24)
The food is good but I walked in for take out food and had to wait 45 minutes inside the restaurant and was given the wrong order! As the front staff was struggling dealing with the drive through customers and the customers inside. I noticed two managers in the back just chit-chatting and laughing and not helping out their staff with the customers. That's not how you run a business.

Stopped into this brand new location on my way home from work. I tried their new blackened chicken sandwich, with a side of red beans and rice. Out of this world! Everything I ordered was served fast, hot, and delicious. The store was very clean, and the staff was very efficient, courteous and professional. The prices are a little steep, but that's to be expected, (with the status of our economy). Plenty of parking. I will definitely be making a return trip.
