We went to Ron's Place for my friend birthday on Valentine's day and had a great time. It was my first time there and it was great. I ordered the Ron's burger with cheese and all the fixings and I truly can say, it was the best burger that I have had in a while. Hat's off to the chief. I can't remember every order that was made but one of my friends ordered the butterfly shrimp that looked delicious and one ordered a turkey sandwich also looked delicious. Our waitress was Renee and she was lovely. She helped me and recommended a really good long island because they have several to choose from and I wanted one but couldn't choose. It was awesome as well. I can definitely say that I will be going back. Everyone was so welcoming. Thank you Ron's Place for a great experience.

Its a no for me!! Place has greasy floors and food was mid at best! Very small place with syrupy long islands that have the bottom of the bottom shelf liquor inside them. If you want to get drunk off skol vodka long Islands and dry burgers this is your spot!! If not id recommend staying away from this hole in the wall bar and grill

I have gone to Ron’s place many times and I have eaten the food which is great, but however, the customer service is terrible. They are very unprofessional very rude over the phone. I try to make an order to pick up and the lady was super rude. Very impatient. When I asked to speak to the manager instead of her putting me on hold, I could hear the conversation as she was speaking poorly of me while we’re still on the phone as a restaurant setting. I think that’s very inappropriate and they should take the time to train their employees the right way and I understand it’s hard to hear over the phone to take food orders. total rate for a customer service is a 3/10

This place has the BEST burger I have ever eaten. If you are in the Kenosha area go in there and order the 2 by 2 with bacon burger. You WILL NOT regret it... #bestburgerever
Great food and great drinks! We enjoy coming in to relax and sit at the bar or grabbing a table for a burger or tea. Ron’s place is family friendly too.

It’s just not the same . Last night the food was so made and the waitress never came back to the table so we cannot get anything corrected. We had to actually get up and go over to the door to wait for our check. Burgers undercooked and really brown lettuce. The onions were so bad has if they took rotten onions to grill them . I had to peel them off of the burger. Tater tots did not even look like tater tots because they were so overcooked. Items that I asked for on my burger were not on and because the waitress never came back to the table I couldn’t ask for the items. This was the worse and over the last few months and has been a hit or miss. But if you hit it on a good day, it’s amazing but after last night, I don’t wanna take another chance.

Ron's Place To Go customers need to spend their money elsewhere. I tried to stop in on a Saturday night for a beer and pair of 5x5's to go. Was told no to go orders of Friday or Saturday nights due to limited grill room. Restaurant was 2/3 full. Before stopping in I tried to call 8 times no answer and message doesn't tell you no to go orders on Friday night. Refusing to go orders for someone in the bar and no answer or message on phone seems to indicate Ron's management decisions disrespect to go customer business. Don't waste your time there are other options in town!!
