Best sushi I've had outside of Chicago. Soon is an absolute treasure. She's been making sushi since her childhood in Korea. Now, the tradition of making sushi is passed on to her son, and they brought in an additional chef to speed up orders.

So, I had heard this was a good place, and I also heard that it was going to close soon due to the owner wanting to retire. So my wife and I decided to try it before that happened.The food was very good. I was surprised that the chicken fried rice had a bit of spice to it, but it was delicious. Maybe a little more chicken, but still, great. The Futomaki roll was one of the best I've had. Shrimp tempura roll was good. The tempura appetizer of fried shrimp and veggies with the dipping sauce was very good as well. Soup came with it and it was OK.All in all a very good choice. I will say the prices were a bit high, but it was quality food.
