Thee most loverly Starbucks ever cuz of the stellar employees that work there, even tho a couple of them left 😢, not so much the parking lot tho or the entrances are kinda goofy so that gets a meh 😕, but not everything is perfect. But it makes this one unique

The parking lot is horrible from every direction. Very dangerous, very impractical. The drinks and the workers are always great. Drive thru is horrid as well. Parking spots are blocked by the drive through. Larger vehicles are out of luck at this location.

This location is by far my favorite. The staff here is super sweet and friendly here. Its always busy here, but the staff keeps you informed on how soon your order is up.

In addition to this Starbucks usually being out of something, I'm never impressed with their drinks. This matcha latte was poorly mixed and 99% ice. I'm going to try to blend it with my own matcha powder, but I really shouldn't need to fix a beverage I already paid for. Every so often I'll branch out and buy coffee for a fun treat, but I've been disappointed by this Starbucks (and actually every Starbucks recently) so much lately that I've actually learned it's way cheaper to make the coffee drinks yourself, and they turn out better when you do it that way too.

It's Starbucks, it's mostly the same everywhere (except for the Target ones, don't like those. This one is not a great location though. Always a huge line of cars, very busy intersection, very tight

Drinks are fine, but I waited 20 minutes in the drive through for a refresher. If you are heading to class or work like I was don’t stop here before or if you do give them like 30 min for you to get your drink. Worker were nice but extremely slow. The pleasant prairie is the best one in town.

They're always SO slow. It shouldn't take 20+ minutes in a drive thru when there's only 4 people in front of me. It's only 2 minutes from my house, but I'll GLADLY travel to the location that's 10+ minutes from me before this one.
