I wish I can give more than 5 stars for the service! I had a huge order, Juliana and other staff were so patient with me. This is a great group that makes going to Starbucks a terrific experience.

I believe that ordering online should let you avoid the hassle of getting in line with the rest of the cars,which by the way sometimes is a very long line of cars,people should be able to just skip the line and go right up to the window,the order is already placed and paid for,why should I wait in line then?
What if I can't get out of my car to go inside and pick it up?
Starbucks should consider on letting people...
