Food was good when we finally got it. It took a good 15 minutes to make our order. 6 or 7 people standing around waiting for food. 2 of them were DoorDash customers. Even they had to wait a good 15 minutes for their orders to go out.
Taco Bell has gone so far down hill it's ridiculous. The crew do t seem to want to be there nor do they care. Since when is a cheesy roll up bigger than a steak burrito!!?? I know... 2 small pieces of steak! Then the rest of the order was completely wrong! And the inside of restaurant is filthy. Some of the stores should actually be shut down it's that disgusting!
While I've never had an issue with the drive thru here, dining in is a whole other story. We walked in, and waited almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged. I prefer not to use order kiosks. I did not see any staff, but I did hear them helping drive thru customers. The service was slow, but the food was delicious.
