We went through the drive through at noon today and ordwred chicken strips. The young man at the window was very friendly, prompt and helpful. He did a great job and stood out for his professionalism.
This Wendy's location is pretty flawless during the day. The food is decent, the employees are really nice and have great attitudes. That being said...I've never had a good experience during the night hours, especially the late night. They're rude and tend to close whenever they feel like it. Should one point out that they don't close until 1 a.m., they'd be met with some disrespectful attitude that doesn't line up with any type of customer service....
An employee at this establishment used extremely rude words and slammed the drive through window in my face. If you don’t enjoy being at your place of work maybe you shouldn’t work there hun. Besides this incident the service is usually great and the employees (not including the stank one I was speaking of ☺️) work really hard to make sure the customers are happy.
