Me and my daughter went in there after school to eat. We'll first the lady got the order wrong. Did not gives us are drinks. Made the ice cream wrong and when we wanted to say something they would not answer us and kept running around like they where busy. So after waiting 15 min from walking in the order was completely wrong get home and the burgers had nothing on them just plain bread and meat. I even wanted to place another order for the old lady but they would not even help. They where just yelling about how they keep getting order for tenders. Needless to say this place needs new staff. I think they just open a book and said let's just hire the help at this point.

So we just ordered our Frosty swirl for few moments ago, and I asked for more caramel and the cashier Kathy was nice enough to add more on the frosties before giving it to us.

So the manager she had glasses on, I ask who she was she said I'm the Manager, Kathy to give her the Frosty and she started to eat it in front of us, and to redo ours and charge us more, I said never mind on more Carmel, So you understand kathy the cashier was nice, it was the Manager who was rude and unprofessional, poor management skills and frankly terrible customer service. I won't return.
Kathy you should be the Manager, your a better people person!!!!!!

this wendy’s absolutely sucks , everyone in there gives dirty looks and is completely nonverbal. they won’t greet customers and everyone is just completely rude, zero customer service.

Everytime I come here the soda machine area is sticky, floors are sticky all the time, bathroom is not clean and the floor is sticky as well.
Food is good, but expensive.

I normally enjoy Wendy’s and was excited to grab breakfast here, but this location didn’t leave the best impression. I was actually going to skip leaving a review, but after visiting another Wendy’s with a much friendlier atmosphere, I realized it was worth sharing.

The drive-thru service here felt unwelcoming. There was no greeting, no smile, and my order was simply handed over without much interaction. I had to repeatedly ask for basics like salt, pepper, ketchup, and napkins, which made me feel like I was inconveniencing the staff.

I love Wendy’s breakfast (the $1 biscuit deal is a favorite!), but customer service matters too. A warm, cordial interaction goes a long way in starting the day right, and unfortunately I didn’t experience that here.

Horrible customer service. Nobody spoke what so ever except when I yelled hello. One female says just a minute from drive through. Front cashier not one word even taking our order. Just giving dirty looks. Walks away ignoring my grandson was ordering his own food. Every single work needs a new job if they don’t like working with people. Never again

Made a mobile order for about 10 minutes before closing. Yes, I know it's not ideal but I just got off work and no one else was open that late at night. Placed the order on the app with no problem. Once I got to the store, I was told that everything was already put away for the night and that I needed to cancel the order through the app. Seriously??? I'm definitely not happy!
