Waitress asked us who we got menus from when we got here. Then never got refills, we had to go to bar and get them. Then when shift was done made us close out our bill even if we were not done. Then told us to if we wanted anything else to get it ourselves at the bar!!
Will NEVER GO BACK.

I had such a great experience at Anduzzi’s thanks to Brendan! From the moment we sat down, he was welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. He checked in often without ever being overbearing, and his friendly personality really made the visit enjoyable. Brendan gave great recommendations, kept our drinks full, and created an all-around awesome atmosphere. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. If you’re at Anduzzi’s, definitely hope you get Brendan—he’ll make your night!

Went there on a Sunday nobody there. 3 of us ordered the special which was the broasted chicken. Waitress came back 15 minutes later and said that they were out of the special. We put the order in again to have 2 of the 5 meals come out 45 minutes before the other 3. My son's macaroni which was $8 bucks for a kids meal might have been an aldis box of macaroni. The burgers were all very pink, the chicken ranch wrap was cold. We ordered a lava margarita and she came back and said the bartender put the salt away. For $100 + tip this was an extreme let down and ive never wrote a review before but this was the definition of awful.

Server Hailey was very inattentive to our party of a whopping 11 people. People from the bar were bringing out some of the food and asking if we needed anything. We saw her at one point just standing around talking! When paying the handheld asks for your input and she literally hovered looking over your shoulder. 3 people ordered the hamburger plate special, they sent out 3 raw hamburgers. They added a charge for cheese even though the advertisement said it was included and then no other toppings just 3 plain cheese burgers and one of those plates they had asked for no cheese. They let everything sit somewhere and get cold, everything came out at once (appetizers included) and they didn't even know which burger was which for cheese. The nacho plate was cold and turning to slop as the chips were getting soggy. One person ordered a plate of wings asking for multiples of different flavors and they sent out a plate with just one type. One just sent their food back and refused any more service. Another ordered the southwest chicken salad and received the bottom root of the lettuce in it. This was for a birthday party that had been called ahead days prior telling them a party of maybe 20 and this was how they worked. All this and not even an apology no offer to comp anything absolutely nothing for anyone. Terrible place won't go there again.

I ordered chicken Chipotle tacos they got the order wrong. when i got the tacos, the corn tortillas were raw not heated, and I was missing queso fresco on my tacos.

We were in for dinner last night. It was quite slow. Only a group of four at the end of the bar. (A few other ppl came in after this but nothing overwhelming) We sat at the bar. It was 5 minutes before we ever saw a bartender. She got us our drinks and a menu. Took so long for her to come back to take our order our drinks were gone. Getting our food didn’t take too long other than we asked for an item to be an appetizer and it came out with all the food. Food was OK. Bartender never came back to ask us how our food was. We were done and ready for the bill for quite some time and she never bother to look our way. I saw her grab her phone and head to the bathroom for 5+ mins. Still took her another 5+ mins to acknowledge us after coming back so we could get the bill. She never smiled once and seemed like she didn’t care to be there. Very unimpressed with the service and we won’t be back any time soon.

Wednesday night in August on the outdoor patio. VERY good service, very good/quick food. Live (one person) cover band playing 90s rock very well. The only thing that stood out was the small number of patrons, given how good our experience was.
