I didn't love the pizza. I felt like it was comparable to a decent frozen pizza. I'm sure I'll be back to try other menu items that looked good.

I love pizza. I moved to Kimberly only 3 days ago, so trying Butch's was a no-brainer. Got the 12" hand-tossed chicken alfredo, add pineapple. I'm hard-pressed to find anything bad about it. Crust was insanely crispy and the toppings/sauce had so much flavor. The was a delicious pizza

Thin crust is the play here. A staple in the area for great pizza!

Food was spot on and service was quick and friendly. Butch's is the quintessential Italian Pizza restaurant. Can't get past the charm of the place.

We tried out online ordering tonight and I fear that was a mistake. The food, as always, was good. The problem is that it took almost 2 hours to recieve a single medium pizza. This order was placed at 4pm and received at 545pm. I called about halfway through to make sure they recieved the order. They confirmed what was on the order and said it should be to me shortly. We love the food, but will go back to ordering by phone.

Have always loved butches. They're slipping in general. Just had taco pizza. Unhappy with mixed salad lettuce on the pizza. Taco pizza with carrots and purple cabbage??? Crust is new too- not bad but original is better

I ordered one pizza for delivery. The link to order online didn’t work so I called. The worker said either “15” or “50” minutes. We live just a couple blocks away so 15 was a possibility, but I assumed it’d be 50. Well 65 minutes go by so I called making sure my order was even put in because the worker didn’t ask for my phone number or how I planned to pay. They then said they got backed up and it’d be here soon, I asked to clarify, and he said 15-20 minutes! My kids are now mostly full from eating fruit while waiting for the pizza, and for just myself I would’ve made a frozen pizza. I talked to the manager who apologized, I told him I’d like it free or not at all, he said he’d cancel the order and apologized again. Being hangry, I told him an apology will not get me to be a repeat customer, he apologized again... Order canceled and frozen pizza cooking.

Since ownership changed I’ve been in there twice and the food seemed to be just as good as it was before. So I’m super bummed about this experience.

For the first time in my experience with and delivery, my pizza was delivered BEFORE the estimated time which never happens. The pizza was really good and the cheesy garlic bread is out of this world! Thank you guys for a great meal!
