Went right at noon and they were busy, so service was a little slow, but not bad. I had the fish dinner and it was excellent.
Kid-friendliness: Would be a great place to take kids. Tables or booths available. Kids menu available as well.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level on one side, wheelchair ramp on other side of building. No steps.

i was intrigued by the reviews saying there was table service. my son and i stopped by last night. we seated ourselves and were promptly handed menus by our server. the service was quick and friendly enough.
my burger and onion rings were delicious. a&w consistently has outstanding onion rings. my chocolate malt was ok--a little too thin for my presences. my son had cheese curds--fresh and hot and perfectly melty. he loved his frosted root beer.
