“I stumbled upon Sloopy's Bar and Grill recently and was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere and friendly smiles. The staff were incredibly attentive, making sure my drink was never empty and my food arrived promptly. And speaking of food, the menu offers a fantastic variety of classic grill fare, all prepared with a delicious homemade touch. I particularly enjoyed their burger – perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful.
Beyond the great food and service, Sloopy's has a wonderful community feel. It's the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy a good meal, and feel right at home. Whether you're looking for a casual dinner, a spot to catch a game, or just a friendly face, Sloopy's Bar and Grill is an absolute gem. I highly recommend checking it out – you won't be disappointed!“

“We stopped in because we have the WI Proud Bloody Mary cards. They happened to have a bloody bar at the time. It was actually fun to make our own and everything they had out was fresh. Highly recommend their infused vodka. Friendly staff. We'll definitely be back.“

“Great new staff! Friendly, professional, attentive and the wings were a 10/10! I’ve been coming here for years NEVER has a bartender taken my order and introduced themselves at the same time! Not only did Alex introduce himself to us, he introduced himself so every customer that he helped! Both bartenders were sober, and I didn’t see any other staff taking up seating room at the bar. Nice clean up!“

“I am disappointed to hear that the bar at the La Crosse/Onalaska store (and all Hy-Vee locations) will close April 30. It was managed and staffed very well. This was something that made Hy-Vee unique, and now it will be less so. I guess dropping Wahlburgers was a step in that direction. No thanks to the Corporate Office of Hy-Vee, Inc.“

“Lisa and shannon are amazing! Very laid back bar and friendly people inside! Pool tables and darts, slot machines, pull tabs and kareoke nights for your amusement. Some drinks are kinda over priced but it's a bar what do you expect? Love this place to throw a few cold ones back.“

“Our food took over 40 minutes to get. The bartenders blamed the kitchen. Said the kitchen staff was slow. But I know better I'm a server and know the game. I observed orders being taken and food out in 15 to 20 minutes tops. When we asked about our food 30 minutes after ordering, the staff was a little testy and said they get buzzed when the order was ready. Then the bartender went back to the kitchen, and our food magically appeared 10 minutes later, cold fries barely warm“
