Atmosphere is casual, comfortable, food was fantastic, we had salmon,risotto,Brussel sprouts...encrusted walleye with a blanc wine sauce with rice pilaf& asparagus. Everything was done very well, so well seasoned & presented. Really impressed. View out the big windows behind bar while we ate was hundreds of seagulls & bald eagles flying over river it was a beautiful view while we ate.
10/10 our new favorite restaurant in La Crosse! Bartender Patrick is super attentive and kind and made great recommendations, I went with the herb crusted Walleye which was their special for the night, super yummy sauce under the wild rice. My husband went for the clam chowder and the filet mignon. His steak was better than any steak we’ve had downtown. Chef came out and asked how everything was and thanked us for coming.
