Every table was dirty, shoes stick to the floor in dining room. Men’s bathroom was disgusting. Service was super slow.
I ordered a small hot fudge sundae on a Saturday at 2:30. It took 15 minutes to get only after asking where it was. Two different people with ice cream orders got there’s before me.
I came in to order at 2:00pm and waited inline until 2:30 when I got to order. I saw people walking out behind me, because they didn’t want to wait.
You need more staff two people doesn’t work when it’s 70 out in April.
Zero customer service on my visit to this poorly run establishment.I went in to pick up my order which was ordered hours ahead of time.Not 1 single employee came out from back or acknowledged that I was even there.After waiting for more than 30 minutes I left and went elsewhere to give them my business.Spoke with a so called manager the same night and he would not give his name and acted like he could care less.Sorry but if you are in the customer service business this is unexceptable.Will...read full review
