Usually a bit slow but it's been getting worse. Today my friends ordered a semi large order online and we showed up 20 minutes AFTER we put it in. We then waited another 30 in the lobby. Three people working and at some point it looked like no food was being prepared. Someone in a backpack was barely doing his job, I've never seen anyone prepare food so slowly in their life he didn't seem to care that there was 4 orders they were behind on. It's taco bell
I went through the drive through and was met with a frowning cashier who did not put ice in my drink and refused to put it in after I asked. I was parked while my food was being finished (it was cold anyways) and received my nacho fries with no nacho cheese sauce. I was not given a receipt to do a review through their website either.
