Any time you stop here for anything there is an issue with something. Avoid at all costs. Today I was told that the drive thru was down and had to come inside. I was simply trying to pick up a mobile order that had already been paid for. You cant just hand me the food thru the open window? Stupid.
Usually a bit slow but it's been getting worse. Today my friends ordered a semi large order online and we showed up 20 minutes AFTER we put it in. We then waited another 30 in the lobby. Three people working and at some point it looked like no food was being prepared. Someone in a backpack was barely doing his job, I've never seen anyone prepare food so slowly in their life he didn't seem to care that there was 4 orders they were behind on.
