We had a great experience here tonight. We were seated within 5 minutes of arriving and that's saying taing a lot, if you have you ever been in this area trying to find a place to eat on a Saturday night, you know it's nearly impossible! Not only were we seated within 5 minutes of arriving our waitress was also very polite and got our drinks right away... she then proceeded to come back and asked if we would like refills several different times this doesn't happen...

Our experience was really great until we were going to pay our bill. I had forgotten to give them my gift card ($15) to apply BEFORE I started the payment process (putting my card in the machine) of our $100 something bill. Because of this, I was told the gift card couldn't be applied. Really!?!? I was told to come back so I could use it again! Hah! The only reason I went to your restaurant was because I had a gift card.
This was my first visit in over a year and...
