Slow to answer Drive-Thru window to the point we thought they were closed. Asked for a second biscuit instead of fries, and got neither. Tenders were actually pretty good, biscuit was plain.
Building has posting in window about no longer doing refunds, but instead offering accurate service with a smile. Got neither.

I rolled up at 6:40 pm to no lights on outside the building but lights inside. Not even the pull string meow sign was on inside the window so I checked online and ordered on the app. Went to the drive thru and told them and they said the lights were broken and someone was coming. I ordered the pot pie meal with the apple poppers (really wanted to try them) I get my meal and head to my house a half hr away. On the way I pulled out an apple popper and took one bite it was so crunchy and absolutely empty on the inside. So I called to ask if there should be something in it. She said yes and would write me down for free ones next time I came in. Fast forward to getting home and eating the pot pie I crunched right into a BONE inside the pie!!! Clearly that’s not okay. This KFC has been going downhill for quite a while but for me to call now after they are closed at 9 pm won’t happen so I’ll just leave a review with photos to prove this Happened. Get it together because KFC used to be a staple of goodness and now every time I go it’s seems like something is wrong, missing, they don’t have enough, coleslaw is dry, gravy is crusty inside the container, chicken is cold the list goes on and I have never really complained about it thinking it’s one offs. But I’m fed up now

I’m giving this a one star since I can’t give a zero. I’m an uber eats driver and I’ve had to go there on multiple occasions and the service is terrible. I attempted to open the doors to the lobby around 645 and the doors were closed; it was labeled they close at 7. I then went to try and retrieve my uber eats order for my customer through the drive through but all lights were off. I then went to the window and sat for 5 minutes before I got out and knocked on the door. Someone finally acknowledged me and met me at the window of the drive through. I then waited for my order for another 7 minutes. Not to mention, when I pulled up all of the outdoor signs were off, including the big sign. Even driving past as a civilian I am unaware if this place is open. I’ve had two orders to pick up from here for uber eats and both times the service sucked. I even have people who live on the north side of La Crosse ordering from the south side KFC to avoid this place. Absolutely terrible! If I was the owner I would be making an appearance and putting more effort into my business.

I don’t know why I go back to this KFC store, my order is NEVER correct. Tonight I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy, instead they gave me what they call potato wedges, but were actually flat, hard, overcooked sticks — not edible in any way. It sucks that you have to open and examine every bag and box before pulling away because the employees can’t be bothered to do their job.

5:30Pm We walked into the lobby with my wife and our little sons, wait and stand at the counter. I saw one guy and two young girls. I also saw another guy smoking outside. They know us wait and stand and ready to order , but they didn't say anything or greet us.

First of all I got there a little before 7pm and the lobby was closed so I went to the drive thru. Sat there 5 minutes when I finally called and said hey are you Guys open, the girl said yeah we’re open, so I told her how I’m sitting in the drive thru and nobody has come to the speaker. Some guy comes to open the doors and finally takes my order. So then I get home with my 12 piece family meal all the skin was falling off. Chicken was so greasy and disgusting I threw away the whole 12 piece. No way would me or my children eat this disgusting old and greasy falling apart chicken! I took pictures as well. The workers are so unprofessional, as a manager I would be so embarrassed to have my staff talk to customers how they do.
The restaurant was dirty. Bathroom was dirty. I wouldn't give back there.

Rude black man tried to overcharging me . When I corrected him he told me he wasn't getting anyone else and I needed to change my attitude. It was finally corrected by someone else he then refused to wait on me. Said he can refuse service to anyone. Then had to wait 35 minutes for food. Very hot inside. Won't be back

Tried to go into lobby, doors were locked. Posted hours say lobby closes at 7pm, it was 6:50pm. Decided to go through drive thru and sat at menu board for 10 minutes for no one to acknowledge me. Pulled up to the window to try again, never saw a person inside. There were lights on and i could hear the machines inside running. After waiting another 5 minutes I decided to leave after informing the 3 cars behind me that clearly they didn't want any business.
