Tried to go into lobby, doors were locked. Posted hours say lobby closes at 7pm, it was 6:50pm. Decided to go through drive thru and sat at menu board for 10 minutes for no one to acknowledge me. Pulled up to the window to try again, never saw a person inside. There were lights on and i could hear the machines inside running. After waiting another 5 minutes I decided to leave after informing the 3 cars behind me that clearly they didn't want any business.

Gave a lady burnt food and refused to re make it and all the doors were locked so you couldn’t go inside only drive thru I had a pick up for DoorDash and got told I have to go to the drive thru even tho no one else cared we skipped line and he could’ve handed it to us and giving burnt food taking it and not even replacing

Drove 1 hour to get food here and the hours listed showed open at 11am. When I arrived I pulled through to see posted signage that it was actually 11:30am. Mabey post correct buisness hours of you don't want to piss off customers. Staff seemed monotone and rude. Go to Eau Claire kfc if you don't want to waste your time.

Stopped in to get 2 five piece chicken dark extra crispy. What i got home to was 2 five piece dark original with the skin of the chicken wet and falling off. I called up to kfc and told them what was going on. The man on the phone said he was the manger I hope not with how rude he is to customers that's paying their money for some half done chicken. After listening to him call me a lie I refused to deal with it I let him know I was calling the corporate office and I did. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO SPEND ANY MONEY AT THAT KFC.

Dining area smelled just like a sewer - plumbing issue? The food was dry/tough as if it had been sitting out forever. Workers were friendly, so the service was good at least, but the rest of the experience was horrible.

Harsh odor inside. Couldn't even stand there long enough to order. Surely wasn't going to sit down n try to EAT in there!

We turned around n went right back out after about 2 minutes. Ate elsewhere. What in the world!?!

Horrible experience. They did not include everything in my order and said they wrote it down in a book so next time I came in I would be able to get it. When I got there they found my name but refused to give me what they promised. Very poor attitude and customer service. Treated me very poorly!

Ordered on line however there was not an option for new hot honey sauce. Got to window and could add but extra cost. Totally didn't think we didn't bring extra cash with. Disappointed but understood, when our did we bright out within minutes the young man said I paid for v your extra sauce have a good night. Love that there are still good kids out there. Kudos to your employee we will be back soon.

I had a few bad experiences here in the past but today I went though the drive thru, placed my order handed them my card and the food was ready before I even put my wallet back in my bag, got it home, the chicken was piping hot, crispy and delicious. Super impressed tonight.
