Horrible experience. They did not include everything in my order and said they wrote it down in a book so next time I came in I would be able to get it. When I got there they found my name but refused to give me what they promised. Very poor attitude and customer service. Treated me very poorly!

We put our order in at 8 pm. They close at 9. We got a confirmation the food will be ready at 8:30. We go at 8:20 to pick up the food and the place closed, there’s one dude inside not coming to the window and not answering the phone… why did they confirm our order and then just close and make it so we drive there for nothing? If you closed, don’t take an order.

I ordered a chicken strip meal , and it was at noon . The fries were perfect, but the chicken strips were dry and tasted like they were from the day before and just warmed up and served to me. Very disappointed and we usually enjoy eating at KFC .

Food was smashed into the bucket, chicken was soggy and wet, all side dishes were little kid sizes. Barely able to feed my family. Worst experience ever. Will never be going to this KFC ever again.

This particular location closes the inside at 7pm so u can only do drive thru . Even if u come in at 7:05 because they don't lock the door they immediately tell u to get out . I was in there around 645 and I waited like 45 minutes because a fresh batch of chicken had to be made as well as biscuits they only had one fryer and one person making the chicken and the biscuits one person doing all the drive thru and Uber eats orders and one cashier taking orders . I didn't mind waiting because this was the closest place to my hotel within walking distance I was hungry and getting everything fresh meant a lot . This KFC is in La Crosse Wisconsin

Very spendy! Ordered 2 3 peice meals and it was almost $30. Ordered one meal original and one extra crispy. Both were extra crispy. Wasn't worth the trip back to get the correct order.

First of all how are you suppose to order food here in the evenings when 1 the inside is always closed and 2 they have no lights in the drive thru so you can’t read the board to order. And then all the employees are rude and bitchy. Just shut this place down already. Foods always burnt or missing items anyways.

This has to be the worst KFC in the world... I ordered a pickup order online 2 hours in advance and when I got there some snobby lady said we don't have your chicken, you will have to cancel your order... I said I ordered it through KFC.... And my credit card has already been charged.... she continues you will have to cancel online through KFC.... This is literally impossible and this happens all the time ....you'll have to contact your credit card company to get the charges removed.... They should be charged with credit card fraud

Well they have gotten a little better since are last visit drive through intercom was not working lol so you had to look at what you wanted then go to window to order😜but no biggy but i do love love there 11 herbs and spices i think that's how the saying goes 😁
