Why I'll Never Go Back.
I hadn't been to a KFC for years and got a hankering for some original recipe.
Restaurant was clean and employees friendly. Trustfully I ordered the three piece basket to go.
When I got home I discovered that the three pieces were a drumstick, a thigh and a back.
No wing No breast.
I guess they save those for themselves.
I didn't expect to ever be served a BACK!
What's next? A beak and a neck?

They had their doors closed at like 9 pm(?) so I went through the drive-thru to pick up my online order. They gave me the completely wrong order. I should've checked it before driving off but oh well, chicken is chicken right? HECK no.The chicken was way too greasy and overcooked. That stuff was gross man. Worst part, it wasn't even my original order so I got scammed someone else's nasty chicken. Never come here.

Rude women manager worked Sunday night gave me cold fries when I came into the store and when I asked her to make me new ones she got upset and then preceded to give me less than a full box of fries.... It was supposed to be enough to feed a family of four. It wasn't! Also the chicken was dry and overcooked. Other experiences.ive had with food here have been good until this one.

I had a 12 pc, and I only got 11 counting the tiny meat that they put in. My chicken was old, and you could tell right away. For some reason I paid more than what I do from the KFC from tomah.

Chick was straight up overdone, skin was crispy but not in the good way. Not sure what happened to KFC but it's not the KFC of earlier times.
Well they have gotten a little better since are last visit drive through intercom was not working lol so you had to look at what you wanted then go to window to order?but no biggy but i do love love there 11 herbs and spices i think that's how the saying goes ?

About 2 weeks ago I bought about 50$ worth of food I couldn't even eat because it was old and hard. They told me that I would get a credit. I went in today 9/26 to get my credit n food and I was informed I don't have a credit with them. So the 50$ I spent before was a waste of money and I just spent another 30+$ will see how it is but not happy spending 50$ to just throw it away

Stopped to get dark meat chicken as that is all my family likes . It took awhile for the girl to come out of the back room with a coworker behind her . She informed me she couldn't do all dark chicken because she only had 4 pieces of original made up . This is at 4:30 in the afternoon I might add . I told her I would take the 4 dark pieces & a couple of biscuits .... she said ok . How many is a couple ... I explained that is two .. I took the food ... look at it outside & it is way over cooked .... will not be using this KFC ever again !
