A friend and myself were at the tiki bar from 830 to 915 pm on Tuesday September 3rd. The bar closed early around 915 pm. The closing time is posted as 11pm. We were not informed at our table by the bartenders that the tiki bar was closing at 915 PM. The lights were turned off on us and the lack of communication from the bartenders displays poor consumer service. We will not be going back to this place anymore.

Service was abnormally slow even in a post covid world. I ordered a tater tot upcharge of 2.00 and got fries instead and one of the fries was moldy. When I told waitress of the moldy potato she just kinda shrugged and said a small apology. I said I needed a drink refill to get the moldy taste out of my mouth. She obliged but at the end I find out that soda is not free refills (I was not informed) expensive and they didn't take the upcharge for the tater tots I did not get. One further thing I ordered a patty melt. It came on texas toast instead of rye bread, it was pretty bland and they do not bring you mayo and mustard. I used to work as a cook and what they served was not a patty melt, you could go to at least 20 places in La Crosse and get better burgers.

Great Food and Atmosphere - Pizza & Wings are really good, wide variety of options for everyone to find some thing on the menu they'll enjoy.
Stayed in the hotel attached to the restaurant. So it was like room service. Took some time to get my order, roughly 40 minutes, 5-6pm rush? Do not get chicken strip basket. It is frozen chicken strips, not fresh. I know this because each piece I received was identical shape/form. The burger was amazing, bbq bacon smash burger. They have live band/outdoor seating. If you have time to relax and unwind, not a bad spot to check out.

Cool outdoor patio right off the water. We ended up getting a taco pizza from here and it was loaded with toppings, much more food than I was anticipating but that's a good thing as most places these days tend to be cutting back on portion sizes. It's a cool place to hang out with friends on a nice day and have a drink or grab a bite to eat.

Fun tiki bar to hang out at. You get all sorts of customers coming thru because of it being a hotel bar. Staff is good. New bartender tonight, but I saw other staff jump to help her.
