“As a preface, in general, I hate when people mess with a good thing, and I freaking love tacos. But, this was awesome. As a vegetarian, I was suspect, but the flavors were bold and delicious, and they all went so well together!! They were hearty and it was so obvious how much thought went into how to balance the flavors. I'm not surprised given the attention to detail the owner is known for...and true to form, this is another win for Erik and his team. Great job!! Their interior decorator made this space super inviting...the decor is so fun, the tables are fantastic, the art around the room was interesting, the lighting, the yarn on the wall, it was all just so well done. This is now my new pitstop every time I have to leave Minnesota and drive east. There are a lot of restaurants in this immediate area but if you want something thoughtful, exciting, and just downright delicious, this is the spot. Oh, and they have tequila and, my favorite, lots of different kinds of Mezcal, which I will have to try the next time I stop by.“
