As a preface, in general, I hate when people mess with a good thing, and I freaking love tacos. But, this was awesome. As a vegetarian, I was suspect, but the flavors were bold and delicious, and they all went so well together!! They were hearty and it was so obvious how much thought went into how to balance the flavors. Pato Azul offers a great variety of Mexican American food. Each meal is handcrafted with love and care! We enjoy their homemade hot sauces, the "IYKYK" which is an elote dog, and the nachos are to die for. Service is more than we could ask for. The bartender we have often is great and will make us cocktails based on our preference. Overall this restaurant has a lot to offer. Highly recommend!!
