I was unable to create a rewards account with the order. I told the staff at the counter and they confirmed an account was not created. They didn't help create one, or offer a coupon. The stuffed crust was good at the stuffed portion, but soggy in the middle. The toppings were also falling off. I gave a tip even though it was pick up. I would've expected a better experience.
Food was good and staff was nice however we dined in and the building needs a huge deep cleaning. Womens bathroom was gross. Spiders coming off the ceiling and almost landed in my hair while we were eating
