Taco was basically grease. Both baja blast were disgusting, tasted like carbonated water. The “stacker” was mid and customer service was garbage, you could tell the worker didnt want to be there.

I've ordered the deluxe cravings box 2 nights in a row around 1am and have been given incorrect orders both nights. The first night I was given 2 chicken quesadillas after they ran out of ground beef and offered to give me steak as a substitute and tonight I was missing an entire taco/chalupa... not sure what the problem is but not being able to eat dinner until 1am sucks.

Literally the WORST Taco Bell and WORST fast food place I have ever been to or encountered. 9/10 that I go there is horrible. Either it’s over a 20 minute wait, food is poorly made or the workers have 0 service skills and aren’t friendly. If they are short staffed, I’d rather them be closed than try to operate. I cannot believe they aren’t shut down by now with how horrible this place is.

They messed up my order so I went back with the food and told them nothing about this order is right so they “remake” the food and hand me the same thing again 💪 their was 4 people and one brain cell in that entire kitchen I love Taco Bell but definitely won’t be getting it again 🗣️

Showed up over an hour before closing time and waited in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes only to be told that unless I was picking up a door dash order I wouldn't be serviced and couldn't place an order. I understand short staffing and etc. I deal with it at my own job but if you're open you should be accepting orders or else please adjust your hours. I'm not sure if this is a failure of corporate or local management but turning away sales during business hours is very poor service and a waste of everyone's time.

This place doesnt even deserve a 1... Employees were talking loud and obnoxious in the kitchen. They disnt have really anyone in the drive thru or inside and it took almost 20 minutes to get our food. It wasnt even hot! It was put together really sloppy. It was really cold in the dinning room. Whoever owns this Taco Bell should be ashamed. Honestly, corporate should revoke their license. You are better off driving to the Onalaska one. I never get sick from Taco Bell food, but may from this place. If the owner or managers read this.... DO BETTER!

Stopped in drive thru at 1:30 pm Saturday 8-2-2025 to grab something quick. Ordered two Chili cheese burritos. Drive 2 minutes home to enjoy. These were the worst I had ever had in 40 years. The tortillas were cracked , cold and folded over. Beef filling was luke warm. I don't believe these were properly prepared or placed in steamer/cooker. Product is shown on menu as being rolled to contain filling like an egg roll.They were not even wrapped in paper completely due to the odd shape of a folded over tortilla. Somebody wasn't trained or didn't give a crap and threw food in bag. Do you have to order napkins? No excuses since I was the only car in line and happy to wait for good hot food. Didn't ask for receipt so I don't have an order number. Only record is transaction on bank debit account.
