I forgot about the last time I went to get food at this location a year ago - my memory was defiantly revived with the latest experience. This is no fault of the person working there - she admittedly said that she was working ALONE. She was the ONLY employee at this location on 03/12/25. This has got to be illegal and I'm thinking of contacting the BBB. Safety issues alone should be a concern of whomever owns this Franchise.
Needless to say - the order which was almost $13.00 suffered because of the lack of staff. The new burrito - the Cantina Chicken burrito was DRENCHED in some bright red sauce that tasted only of cumin. It looked nasty and it tasted worse.
I subbed a hard shell taco supreme with no lettuce and received a broken taco with only shredded cheese and meat.
The box came with Nachos which included about 6 whole EXTRA EXTRA salty chips and a bunch of broken chips.
I contacted Taco Bell via the app and they sent me a $5.00 coupon. I paid $13.00 for WHAT? A taco, 6 chips and a drink?
I will never go to this location again and I am tired of these companies taking consumers money, giving crappy service and terrible food and having zero accountability. It's the principle.
I will NEVER go to this location again.

Took 4 tries for them to listen enough to make the good right and all I asked for was add rice. They didn't even fold the crunch wrap up. Taco was cold and meat was hard. Cashier wouldn't get off her phone. No ice in pop machine.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. This place takes forever for DoorDash delivery. My Dasher has been waiting for 45 minutes and has been 1st in line the entire time. This is the day after I had to cancel my order the day before because it would have taken an extra half hour because they had to shut down everything. Might as well drive to the Southside or Onalaska for T Bell.
Being upset about a taco is stupid I understand, but here I am mad and hungry. Why are there only two workers on Taco Tuesday. Tried to order a taco party pack for the family and they said they couldn't do it because they were understaffed. Please corporate, help them 🙏 In Jesus name, Amen.
