Stopped in drive thru at 1:30 pm Saturday 8-2-2025 to grab something quick. Ordered two Chili cheese burritos. Drive 2 minutes home to enjoy. These were the worst I had ever had in 40 years. The tortillas were cracked , cold and folded over. Beef filling was luke warm. I don't believe these were properly prepared or placed in steamer/cooker. Product is shown on menu as being rolled to contain filling like an egg roll.They were not even wrapped in paper completely due to the odd shape of a folded over tortilla. Somebody wasn't trained or didn't give a crap and threw food in bag. Do you have to order napkins? No excuses since I was the only car in line and happy to wait for good hot food. Didn't ask for receipt so I don't have an order number. Only record is transaction on bank debit account.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Placed an order through Doordash and went to go pick it up right away as Taco Bell is a 2 minute drive from my house. Boyfriend grabbed the order and bag felt light, so we checked it in the car. Not only was it the wrong order, but everything was cold like it had been sitting there for a while. Food shouldn't have been cold as we just placed the order 10 minutes before. Boyfriend goes back inside to ask them if they can remake it and they tell us no, that they don’t have everything to be able to remake the order. On top of receiving the order and it also being cold and not the right order, we ordered some soda - one zero sugar, and one regular - and they marked diet on the wrong soda. I have diet detector testing strips to be able to test soda to make sure it’s actually diet, so this is how I know for sure that it was marked wrong. Very disappointed with Taco Bell. There is always some issue with our order when we order from this store, but it’s never been something like this. Glad we ordered through DoorDash because we wouldn’t have gotten our money back otherwise. I don’t know why service at this store is so hit or miss, and most of the time terrible. I love Taco Bell, but not the employees at this store.

The people who work here seem genuinely nice, but it typically takes forty minutes for even simple orders. I'm guessing it's likely due to what seems like a massively high turnover rate but that just my opinion based on what I've seen.

We door dashed and it took 45 min just for the dasher to get our food it was overpriced and cold they also got our order wrong and our dasher didn’t wanna go back so we had to physically go there which is what we wanted to avoid in the first place and they were still rude.

Absolute worst taco bell I've ever seen. The employees are rude as he'll. I saw them preparing food without gloves. No beard net, no hair nets. It takes literally an hour to get your food sometimes. Or they lie to you about being outnof items just because they are lazy as he'll and dont want to make the food.stay away from this place. Spend your money elsewhere

The person at the window in the drive thru does not seem sober. We sat at the drive thru for like 10 mins listening to the employees through the mic before she finally said something even with us talking. Then provided to repeat questions we already answered and the ordering process took like 20 mins for a meal and two tacos. Then try to give us the wrong order. We got our back and there was food and meat all over the bottom. Like bro wtfffff!!!

I was very disappointed in how they took 25 minutes to make my food when people who got there after me got their food first. The workers chose to serve the drive-through customers for a whole 25 minutes. DISGUSTING. Fast food restaurants are supposed to be quick.They weren’t even fully stocked, so i had NO ice in my drink. My baja blast is not supposed to be warm. Please fix this right now.

Absolutely horrible. We waited twenty minutes in the drive through for some soft shell tacos, chicken nuggets, a cantina chicken taco, and a chalupa, all ordered ahead of time through the app. When we got home, we had a five piece chicken nugget instead of ten, no cantina taco, and no diablo sauce. When we got the food at the drive through, we asked the guy working if that was everything, and he just said “yep.” No “sorry for the wait” or any sort of apology. Nothing. Avoid this place at all costs.
