This is a great place for a coffee and a snack. The baked goods are fantastic. I've tried different coffees, mochas and "chino"s and I have never been disappointed. I've heard that they have very tasty breakfast sandwiches. I hope to try one soon. The staff were ok. I wouldn't describe them as friendly, though. The cost is a bit high in my opinion, but I don't mind paying more for great quality.
I was having the worst time today. I stopped by to grab my usual iced salted caramel latte and realized a minute too late I'd forgotten my wallet at home. Your barista purchased my latte for me, as a gift. It was really quite moving and so kind. It meant more to me today than it would've any other day. Please know that her kindness means the world to me. Thank you.

Their mocha is dark chocolate and the medium was just right size, right temperature and tasty good.Kid-friendliness: Flavoured Tootsie Rolls and the two provided for the grand boys were perfect match to the preferences.
