I ordered $91 worth of food on the app. The app doesn't have a option for notes or extra seasoning for potato oles, so I called the store to ask if that was possible, they said yes. I hit the I'm on my way, for some reason it didn't register so I sat out in the parking lot thinking I'd give them some time to make my food, for 10-15 minutes extra. Pulled up through the drive through told them who I was, they said they didn't have the order and couldn't...

We drove through this location on Halloween Day. Service was a little slow, but it sounded like they were dealing with confusion from a vehicle that ordered and then drove away. We received our food with apologies from the window staff, and our food was very enjoyable.
