Our server tonight was horrible. She was paying more attention to watching football and talking to other servers than to our table. She forgot about her appetizer. We ended up going up to the bar to get drinks because she wouldn’t come back to our table to take any orders. We complained to the manager they did nothing. We were a larger Table that had 20% gratuity added, and they would not take it off the bill the server did not earn or deserve a 20% gratuity. this is poor business. I would not recommend this place

Visited during the lunch hour. Incredible service and always a great laid-back atmosphere. Our server, Madi, was awesome! Could not recommend a better place to eat than the Crow! Hands down one of THE best restaurants out there

We came in as part of a day trip from Minneapolis, and I can’t say enough about how much we loved this place. The atmosphere was cozy yet lively, the food was incredible, and the service took it over the top.
We tried The Cheese Curds and The Donut Burger — both were outstanding! Packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and honestly some of the best comfort food we’ve had in a long time.
A huge shoutout to Mason, our waiter, who was an absolute stud. Friendly, fast, and made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in La Crosse. Highly recommend The Crow to anyone visiting town!

We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon while in town for an event downtown. It was busy so we opted to eat at the bar instead of wait approximately 30 minutes for a table. I had the honey mustard smoked chicken and coleslaw; significant other had a burger and fries. It was decent but not anything I’d feel the need to return for again. Lunch was approximately $40. Staff was friendly, place was clean.

I had the honey mustard smoked chicken and coleslaw; significant other had a burger and fries. It was decent but not anything I’d feel the need to return for again. Lunch was approximately $40. Staff was friendly, place was clean.
Came in with a large party which staff accommodated. The service was good and the burger was delicious. Our server/waitress handled our party well!

if you like waiting forever for your food then this place is for you! When I think of the crow, I used to think of birds, but now I think of slow and incompetent.

We were sat by the host & told our server would be with us shortly. After a 15 minute wait, the host came back and took our order (no server ever came). When the food came out, it wasn't the host who brought it to us. No one checked on us at all while we ate. They also messed up our order by giving me the wrong side (the side I ordered was $2 more). We sat for probably 15 minutes while 4 or 5 servers walked around ignoring us while we were obviously finished & waiting for the bill. We finally flagged someone down & got our bill. The food wasn't terrible, but nothing to write home about, especially considering the service.
