Great dive bar with cold drinks and a friendly bartender! Street parking or very walkable downtown. Upstairs has darts and pool tables. Downstairs has your typical Wisconsin bar slot machines
This is the go to bar if you want to start a good night out, or end a good night. Double decker inside bar, people are always friendly, and music is always playing. If you don't like loud music and a party hearty atmosphere this isn't for you. Every time we come back to lacrosse (once every 3 years) we always have to go there for swamp water, one of their signature drinks.

Stopped in for a few wobble pops and felt like one of the locals in 13.2 minutes. Great old school vibe, dark 70’s era wood with an upper level that looks over the bar. Stop on in and have a cold one at The Helm.
