Grampa Tony's on Madeline Island

Pizza exceeded our expectations! It was quite great from the dough on up. The two young ladies running the place were really charming, happy and friendly. Service to our table was excellent and efficient, though we were upstairs and it was very busy.
The deck was wonderful, with a nice view and fresh breezes from the bay.
It's not fancy by any means, but if you're looking for a really good pizza and a cold beer in a friendly, comfortable atmosphere, Grampa Tony's won't disappoint. Great value too, considering the location!

We caught the sunset on the balcony at Grampa Tony’s along with their delicious pizza and cold beer. I will definitely be coming back! Love this place

Took the family here to get some ice cream, one of our family members has a severe nut allergy, which makes getting ice cream pretty difficult. When I explained this to the young woman working though, she explained the whole system they use, fresh scoop and they go in the back and get the ice cream from a fresh container. We are so grateful for a business like this.

My husband said his pizza was good. I had chicken Caesar salad. Salad and dressing was good, I did not eat the chicken. It was barely browned and seemed a little sketchy. We asked for to go so we could eat outside. We realized after the fact that they charged us $2 for to go order yet they brought it outside on glass plates. Outside area was a little uncared for.

What a fun staple on the island! Service was a bit slow but they were busy, so it's understandable. The pizza and garlic bread were delicious and moderately priced. The pizza was thick and good quality.

What a find! Breakfast burritos and sandwiches were so delicious that we dined in twice on our 3-day visit. The staff is young, enthusiastic and helpful. We’ll definitely return on future trips!
