I love the relaxed vibe of a diner and this Denny's Classic did not disappoint. The ambiance inside this diner is a retro diner. The service was excellent, and the menu had all the Denny's choices you would expect. My husband loved his T-Bone steak so much he said it was better than what he ate at a well known steakhouse where it would have cost close to $50 more. 😄 If you're an AARP member, you can use your discount card.

It's a Denny's, but it's chrome. Not to be confused with Denny's Diner down the road--which is not a Denny's or chrome. Some not-quite-to-scale sculptures out front of musical figures.

The 60s theme does have appeal but the long wait and the subpar taste in food will keep me from revisiting. Pancakes were rubbery and not much flavor. Their steak omelet was good. The meat was very tender. I will give the coffee 4 stars. The noisy crowd and the long wait I will do without.
