Okay for a quick bite at reasonable price. Staff are very pleasant. We have eaten at various locations for 20 years or so when needing a quick bite. It was tradition for MANY years that I would take my daughter to the Madison location after school shopping every year and we both loved the nachos and would always split a sandwich with them. Since Madison location closed we have been to the Dells location twice. I can't say we look forward to it like we did Madison though. The nachos are still on the menu but instead of rating them a 10 as we did in Madison I give them a 3. There is far too much salsa on them (and it tastes like its from a jar (not fresh/not good), there is hardly any meat and because they spread the salsa all through the nachos most of the nachos are soggy. Very disappointing honestly. They do have good, refreshing cocktails however. They use too strong of a cleaner on the booths and tables making both very sticky. They need to adjust the cleaning solution. Dilute it a bit more. I don't like sticky booths and tables. There has been a definite decline in food quality over the past 20 years for sure but staff and drinks are nice.

Today I went with my wife to eat pizza at this location. We noticed there was a promotion by one get 1/2 of and we decided to order that but the waitress told us we must have it to go only so that’s what he did.
But how stupid is that from the management because they lost us we just ordered the food and left now the waitress lost a table tip and they lost a potential sale of drinks and sweet after the meal don’t you guys think? Don’t you guys have a brain? I’m talking to the management now.
Plus, they don’t accept mobile payment like Apple Pay.
Please don’t put zucchini on your pizza and add some olive instead. I and the tomato paste is so sour at the bottom it makes the pizza less appealing . The pizza usually go to Giordanos in Chicago and their pizza is much better than Uno. It taste much better.

This was such a good meal! Probably the best food of our trip. And we paid half the price as some other local restaurants. Look around town for a brochure and you can find a coupon to save 10%

On our family vacation we wanted to try new restaurants we’ve never been at before and UNO was right across from where we were staying and we decided to try them out
Oh man that was the best decision ever the food was just so darn good the best I ever had.
I enjoyed my CHICKEN SPINOCCOLI® PASTA so yummy and sauce was tasty I added a picture of it
If you’re ever in the areas please stop on over great service and very friendly staff they do a great job!!
