Worse Rosatis I have ever had. Customer service and management horrible. I've had other Rosati locations much better. Pizza was mushy, crust was soaked with watered sauce and grease. Do not order.
Pasqual, the manager, has the literal worst customer service I have ever heard. We called I ask for a refund after a 2 hour late delivery, of cold, hard pizza and chicken tenders. The response we got was that he would absolutely not do anything due to us not calling last night. We had. Twice. Asking where our food was. Will never order again from Rosati’s Lake Geneva.
Clearly sold us a REHEATED rather than a fresh pizza. Did they really think we would not notice? The cheese of a fresh made pizza will always be stretchy and pliable. When you reheat a pizza, as many of us do at home the next day, the cheese is always hardened. Well our pizza was sold to us with hard, chewy cheese, undoubtedly reheated! Can't fool pizza lovers like us.
