“I love this coffee shop, without exaggeration I have been in every morning before work for the last year and a half. We've had every special from all the seasonal menus, all of which I would highly recommend! The baristas are efficient, always kind and attentive to any substitutions/requests you may have. I would absolutely recommend Simple Kup either for a quick coffee or latte, but it's also a great spot for a sit down and a pastry with friends and family.“

“This is a great McDonald's. Fast freindly service. Sadly they were out of the Big Arch sandwich for some reason? Which was weird since I took my Dad there because it really is that good.
But everything else was perfect as to be expected... They even have a Play Place. Still.“

“The vibe at this cafe is perfect. I had a DELICIOUS breakfast sandwich and excellent latte, all while able to get some work done with the free WiFi. The ambience is friendly, eclectic, and the music is great! All jazz ❤️ I will be back, even though I do not live in Waterloo. Thanks for an enjoyable morning!“

“What a wonderfully run location and clean!! They were busy so we decided to go inside and had a great experience!! Staff was amazing, super friendly and upbeat. Great donut selection and my Iced latte was perfect! Highly recommend“

“We stopped in yesterday and had fantastic service. They had the cutest Bunny Basket for kids to pick an egg and win a prize. They also had Easter eggs and crayons for kids to color. The restaurant was clean and the staff was great! We don’t live in the area but we drive through a couple of times a year when we go to visit family. We’ll definitely be back.“
