I am new to the area and have been planning to try Doyle’s Dogs for a while and am glad that I finally made it over. I rode over on my bicycle from Jefferson on the Glacial Drumlin Trail on an empty stomach and was fantasizing about a chili dog the whole way and I was not disappointed. The staff was cheerful, the atmosphere was nice, and the chili dog was amazing. It made for a great fall day.
We love to go to Doyle’s Dogs, especially to their outdoor stand.
There is nothing better than going there after a walk on the bike trail to enjoy a Chicago hotdog. The staff are friendly and very efficient.
We were there Saturday and Sunday this past weekend because it was gorgeous weather and their last full weekend at the stand. We come from Fort Atkinson and it is worth going the extra miles to enjoy the food and atmosphere that Doyle’s Dogs provide to their customers.
I never miss a chance to get a Doyle’s Chicago dog. Every time I’m in the Lake Mills area I stop in even if to just get one for later. I’ve been there many times and always a great experience. I was there during the Christmas season last year and dined in. As I was enjoying my delicious meal Mr Doyle came and handed me a Doyle’s dog ornament. Was a very nice gesture and will be added to my tree each year.
