I always like it when the point person at the counter is enthusiastically welcoming, so when you don't get that warm greeting, you miss it! Good sandwiches and an efficient assembly line.
I haven't been to a Jimmy John's for a while but we were hungry and in a hurry. Pleasantly surprised at the clean store, friendly and fast service, good prices and great sandwiches.
Me and my mother frequently order sandwiches from the Lake Mills location when we are at work, or just lazing about at home. Our sandwiches are always the way we ask for them to be, although we did have a situation today where there wasn't tuna on about a 1/3 of both our sandwiches.
