We stopped here while on vacation we live in Kenosha and This McDonald's reminds me of what McDonald's use to be for us. Employees were wonderful working with me with crazy children. Oder was right on. Food actually tasted good not overcooked or cold sitting to long and just thrown together.
I'm on a road trip to Madison and needed somewhere to stop and eat. I was in a grumpy mood, I'll admit it. But, the manager (I think his name was Alex) was extremely patient with me and delivered such high quality service. The food came out as soon as I had ordered it and it was hot and fresh. 10/10 would go again when given the chance
I had a promo that didn’t work at another restaurant and I got credited back for it and was also given the right incorrect order at Lake Mills. Great customer service and it made up for the other transaction that didn’t go through. Thank u manager is awesome!
