Popped in this morning for a quick breakfast, and, as usual, we were blown away by the delicious food and coffee. I had the bacon and onion quiche. The flavor was delicious, the egg was perfectly cooked, and the crust was crunchy around the edges and so delicious. My husband had an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. He said it was fantastic. We love being able to come to Braise North and experience the food, coffee, and ambiance! It’s the best around.
This was our 2nd time experiencing a delicious meal.We love the atmosphere and variety of food and drinks. It is refreshing to be surprised with a different menu each week. I was waiting for the shrimp gumbo and it did not disappoint.

Wonderful weekend at Braise North! Stopped for dinner and breakfast. Delicious food and wonderful service. Nothing like this north of Green Bay. Will be back!
