Hailey the manager is so rude. She is so disgusting, disrespectful with how she treats customers. She acts as if she is better than everyone. She will not help you, exchange a toy, nor get an order right. She should not be a manager or even work with people. I will never be back to this location. I actually went to another location on my way home and they were able to fix my order and get it correct by reading the slip. I also never got an rude attitude. Wow
Went through Drive-Thru tonight and again cold French fries. Not the only time it happened and this will definitely be my last time at this McDonald's.
Lost my order again. After waiting a half an hour I ask where it was. All I got was DFF and no order. Had to insist and finally got what I paid for. STAY AWAY.
