I am a frequent costumer at the bon ton and usually I love the service but I came in at 3:30 Tuesday 12/26/23 and I was treated very poorly the bartender made me feel stupid for asking if he can make me a BLT something they don’t have on the menu but they have made it for me multiple times. he then proceeded to ask me what kind of question that was and served multiple people there food before me even tho I was here first. He made me feel like I didn’t belong here I thought this was very unprofessional and should be known

The place looks and feels comfortable. The drinks are priced right. They have a small kitchen behind the bar. They server burgers, fries, chicken tenders, apps, etc...The downside of this place is the employees. They are very unfriendly and slow with service. The funny thing is that they are proud of that. I heard the manager/owner(?).bragging about how none of them smile and don't care to be friendly. I guess its kind of "their thing." Cool! Lol

Food is good, not pretentious, just plain decent bar food. Service is short handed, so you order and pay at the bar, but staff has always been friendly and helpful!

Went here for dinner because it was the only place open on a Monday. Food was awful. The waffle fries were overcooked and everything was super greasy. It must have been old grease, because we all got sick. I spent the next day on the toilet.

Cheese curds, Fish sandwich, and bacon cheese burger! Delicious! Fast service and staff was very friendly!
