Wow, just had an unforgettable dinner at 107 State in Madison! We started with the pistachio pesto crostini - the combination of blistered tomatoes and burrata was absolute perfection! The steak frites was hands-down one of the top 5 steaks I've ever had - cooked to perfection. My date's salmon with polenta was also a hit, with the fish cooked to a tender and crispy ideal. I stopped for lunch after the farmers market. I had the Oaklahoma Onion Burger and wow, one of the top burgers in the city! Hot delicious fries w/ house made ketchup make this place a special treat. A bit higher price, but worth the stop. Bartender was having a day and just couldn't get it together.
