Very good food and great service. We were in town for a weekend event. It is close to where we stayed. Had outdoor seating. Very nice atmosphere.

This might be the worst mexican restaurant in Madison. It took 4 tries to get our order right, very basic order 3 tacos and an enchilada dinner. The guy repeatedly got it wrong when saying the order back, and even did the same thing to a delivery driver picking up an order. He told the driver it was bean nachos when the driver said he was picking up steak nachos. After we ordered the service was awful, we had to get our own waters and silverware while he helped the other table that came in after. Then the server came to our table and tried to scam us. He said he “didn’t charge us right” and we needed to pay more. I went up to the counter to see what the issue was. When I asked him to print the receipt he initially refused and just said I needed to pay more. I refused until he printed the receipt. When he did print us he charged us for beans we didn’t order. The staff running the restaurant 6/12 tried to scam us, was gaslighting delivery drivers and the night ended up with us leaving and not eating at the store. Avoid at all costs, terrible. Worst spot it Madison, go anywhere else.

This place is in complete disarray. The food looks like a trash bin got ran over by a semi truck and some food leaked out. The customer service is non existent. If mexican Gordon Ramsey existed this place would be shut down.

Beautiful patio right down town. Great prices for delicious Mexican food. Big margs! The service was so friendly and attentive. It's the perfect spot for catching up with a friend.

Walking in, the place is So colorful and fun! Then, the food is delicious - great chips and salsa, homemade tortillas, amazing marinated chicken, pork and beef. And the service is top-notch, too! Highly recommend!

The food here is amazing, but the service is incredibly disappointing. I placed my order through Grubhub, and my first order was stolen by a driver—not the restaurant’s fault, so I contacted Grubhub and asked for a redelivery because the food is that good. When the second order finally arrived, it was completely wrong—I got a bag of tortillas and guac instead of the tacos and salsa I originally ordered. I tried calling the restaurant using several numbers I found online, but all were disconnected. Frustrated, I placed a third order because I was determined to get the tacos, but they sent me the tacos from my previous order two hours earlier, which were now cold due to my lengthy argument with Grubhub over a refund. My drink was missing completely. The food is great, but the poor service and lack of communication make it clear that online ordering isn’t worth the hassle—stick to ordering in person.

A La Brasa is a must stop whenever I'm passing through Madison. Value, tastiness, service are A+! I'm so glad it's not across the street from my house as my friends would start calling me Gordito!
