Delicious pasta e fagioli!
Paradigm on foccacia was excellent. Line gets long especially since this place is only open for a limited time each day. We waited probably 25 minutes in line before ordering. Sat at a table outside and waited another 20 minutes for our sandwiches. They were worth it though! The foccacia is the perfect fluffy crispy really makes the sandwich in my opinion.
Absolutely delicious freshly made sandwiches that are best in Madison. Locally owned by a talented team who created phenomenal revelries for all their sandwiches and more lunch items. Catering offered. Highly recommend, you won’t regret it. Very well priced as well.
