We stayed two nights at the AC Hotel in July. We stayed here because of its proximity to the Art Fair on the Square going on that weekend and nudged by the fact that one of us is a Marriott member. This is a typical Marriott property in that there wasn’t anything outrageously bad or outrageously terrific about it; it was absolutely fine for our needs. It’s a nice, newer hotel, and our 6th floor king room was very quiet. Our room was comfy, and the bed was especially comfy....
With a student at UW we are fairly frequent guests here and each time the experience has been great. Sean at the front desk is a marvel! We even hosted a small wedding reception here during Covid in the space adjacent to the upstairs restaurant and the staff made it so special despite the challenging times. Always clean and well maintained, great European breakfast buffet, terrific outdoor upper terrrace and solid wine bar/restaurant. All this just steps from the Capitol so put...
Highly recommend. Excellent shower/bathroom. Complimentary bottles of water. Mini fridge for leftovers from any of the many nearby restaurants. Exemplary service. Valet parking. And...lots of room to open your suitcases! (I hate rooms with only one luggage rack, when surely most guests [especially couples or unrelated friends] will have at least 2 suitcases.) Here you could have 4 suitcases open if necessary. Nice view of the capitol. Would stay here again.
