I’m giving 4 stars because it’s run/part of Hillel which I want to support. Additionally not much in the way of kosher in Madison that I could find so they are doing a great service.
The sandwich I had was fine and the service was good. They are not getting any Michlen stars but they get a Star of David which is better lol. Check the hours before you go.

Great delicious kosher food. Many healthy and vegan options. Friendly and great service. Avacado toast and schnitzel were amazing! Green smoothie was superb. Just wish this place was open later (although they were super nice and let us sit there to finish up eating).Thank you Ben for all your help coordinating kosher food to be delivered to Epic.

Adamah is AMAZING! They catered a full day of events for our daughter’s Bat Mitzvah and everything was fabulous! The presentation was gorgeous and the food was delicious! The staff made sure we didn’t have to worry about anything all night! I highly recommend using them! Our daughter really wanted a bread table and Chef Ben made her carb dreams come true!
