Let me start, employees did a great job at taking care of the business not losing money. Even tho my regular pretzel bites were mediocre warm. Disappointed and ask for hot ones. I was told no. Because their timer said they were fresh. Didn't matter that I, the customer, was unhappy. Asked for a refund and they said no. Now wait...you get what you get? I have been there twice before and had such good experience. Hot and pleasant. These employees did what they were trained...

This was cool to see a stand alone version instead of a mall stall. It looked great inside and the staff was nice. It's good there's still a pretzel shop selling a traditional pretzel.
