I used El Pastor's catering. We usually have several vegetarians/vegans and gluten-free folks attending our events. El Pastor was able to accommodate our needs with their basic catering menu. We ordered the Fajita Bar and chose steak and Vegetarian as our two options and the Mexican Bar with spinach and chicken enchiladas as our two options.
