We used Banzo's food truck for our wedding dinner and had a great experience. Banzo was on time, the food was outstanding, and the service was friendly and timely. We fed approximately 80 people over the course of two hours and all was smooth. We did pitas and rice bowls with chicken, falafel, or both. Even our rural, non-adventurous eater relatives LOVED the food. We were going to order pizza later in the evening, but decided against it since everyone was full and satisfied...
I've eaten at the Banzo food cart many times, but this was my first time trying the actual restaurant. Despite being at the actual restaurant, what did I order? The same thing I always get at the food cart. The Banzo Pita Sandwich. It's a Pita filled with hummus, chopped salad, and falafel. I think their hummus and falafel are among the best and this was true of the restaurant also. It does feel a little pricey for what you get but it's so delicious it is worth...
